Milk Chocolate Rocky Road
Did you know that the Rocky Road was actually invented in Australia in 1853? It was invented as a way of selling on confectionery spoiled by the long journey from Europe. Our Rocky Road bar is one of our most popular studded bars and we add a delicious mix of marshmallows, fudge pieces and honeycomb pieces to the silky smooth chocolate, to make a crunchy chocolate heaven.
Our studded bars are all handmade at our family-run premises in York. Each bar is meant to represent a different dessert.
Ingredients – Sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla. Marshmallows: glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, water, gelatine, anticaking agent (maize starch), colour: E162. Caramel fudge pieces: white granulated sugar, full cream sweetened condensed milk, fondant (sugar, glucose, water), glucose, vegetable oil, butter oil, natural flavour. Honeycomb pieces: sugar, glucose syrup, non-hydrogenated vegetable fat, raising agent, rice flour (Milk solids 22% min; cocoa solids 33% min).
